CFA Coaching Refund Policy

At Charter Doozy, we are dedicated to your success in passing the CFA exams, and we have an excellent track record in helping our clients achieve their goals. 

We are confident in our coaching service and back our ability to help you pass your upcoming CFA Program exam. As such we offer a full money-back-guarantee to clients who are unsuccessful and do not pass.

Our money-back guarantee is specifically designed to refund those clients who genuinely put in the work and effort but were nevertheless unsuccessful. It is not meant for those individuals looking to waste our time, manipulate the process, are not completely diligent in fully following our program, or take advantage of this guarantee in other ways. 

As such, we do not offer a guarantee to clients who do not follow our coaching program fully.

Below, you will find the detailed eligibility criteria and process for claiming a refund.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Full Payment:

    • The course fee must be fully paid and up to date before the date of examination. Any deferred payment plans which incurred any payment delayed beyond the agreed dates, any missed payments or any outstanding balances will be disqualified from receiving any refund.
  2. Minimum Enrollment Period:

    • The candidate must have enrolled in the coaching program at least 90 days before the CFA exam date.
  3. Exam Attempt:

    • The candidate must have sat for the CFA exam and made a genuine, best-effort attempt to pass. The refund is applicable only if the candidate receives a failing grade on the exam and can demonstrate as such.
  4. Program Compliance:

    • The candidate must have fully adhered to all the coaching program requirements, which include, but are not limited to all of the below:
      • Bi-weekly Feedback Reports: Timely submission of all bi-weekly feedback reports, demonstrating consistent progress and adherence to the study schedule.
      • Study Schedule: Following the prescribed study schedule as agreed and signed-off between the parties, including completing study sessions on time, attending all coaching sessions, and completing assigned tasks, practice questions, mock exams and exercises.
      • Communication Requirement: Maintaining regular communication with their coach, responding to emails or messages within a reasonable timeframe, and informing the coach of any challenges faced during the preparation period.
      • Participation: Active involvement in all aspects of the coaching program, including webinars, one-on-one sessions, review of additional materials, or any other aspects of the program.
      • Eligibility Criteria: Compliance with all the eligibility criteria as described on our website at https://charterdoozy.com/cfa-coach/. Note that these are subject to change from time-to-time, and proof of compliance may be requested.
  5. No Rescheduling of Exam:

    • The refund guarantee does not apply if the candidate rescheduled their CFA exam after enrolling in the coaching program, except in cases of documented, unavoidable circumstances such as a medical emergency and confirmed in writing by Charter Doozy.
  6. Proof of Failure:

    • The candidate must provide official proof of their exam result showing that they did not pass.
  7. Timely Request for Refund:

    • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the exam results. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
 
Lapses in any of the above criteria will invalidate the guarantee, unless confirmed otherwise in writing by Charter Doozy.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a Refund Request:

    • To initiate the refund process, the eligible candidate must submit a written request via email to admin[at]charterdoozy[dot]com within 7 days of receiving their exam results.
  2. Documentation:

    • The refund request must include:
      • Proof of full payment.
      • Official exam results showing a failing grade.
      • Documentation of participation in the coaching program (e.g., completed assignments, feedback reports, communication logs).
      • Bank details for the payment to be processed.
  3. Review Process:

    • Upon receipt of the refund request and documentation, our team will review the submission to ensure all eligibility criteria are met. This process may take up to 15 business days.
  4. Refund Issuance:

    • If the refund request is approved, a full refund of the coaching fee will be paid. 
    • Bank charges and relevant processing fees (including possible foreign-exchange costs) will be subtracted from the refund amount.
    • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in the candidate’s account.
  5. Denial of Refund:

    • Should the refund request be denied denied, the candidate will be notified via email with an explanation of the reasons for the denial.
 

Final Notes:

Charter Doozy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

Active Clients will not affected by the eligibility retrospectively.
